Who's Christina?
I believe everyone has a story to tell — and everyone deserves to not just tell it but have it heard. I am all ears.
I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I approach therapy from an existential and narrative perspective, believing that the stories we tell about ourselves and the meaning we ascribe to our experiences are essential for us to know ourselves and move us toward healing. Whether you are dealing with a recent loss, a difficult life transition, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am committed to helping you find the clarity, understanding, and empowerment you need to move forward with confidence and resilience.
I graduated with my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Lipscomb University and have my temporary license as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Services Provider designation. In my experiences working with adults and college students, I have encountered clients dealing with many types of grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, boundary issues, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders. I truly believe it is an honor to be your fellow traveler as you navigate the winding roads of whatever life has thrown at you.
Raised in North Carolina, I spent nearly a decade living and working in the New York City area before deciding I belonged below the Mason-Dixon Line. I chose Tennessee as my new home and have lived in Nashville since 2012. In my spare time, I enjoy roller-skating, finding my next great read, exploring local breweries, and spending time with friends.
