I truly believe that we are all worthy of receiving the help and guidance we deserve. No matter if you are craving a place for grieving, goal-setting, personal growth, or general support around strengthening your mental health, I am here to listen and support you with the utmost compassion and care.
I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University in 2018 and currently have my temporary license as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation. Through my experience working with adults, teens, college students, and women in addiction, I have treated anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, body image issues, and substance use disorders. I practice from an integrative theoretical approach, combining Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in EMDR and feel extremely passionate and privileged to hold space for clients in this way.
The idea of walking into counseling for the first time can be scary, and I want to debunk any myths, fears, or reservations you may have. You do not have to travel alone, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on the journey.
I am a true Tennessean, originally born and raised in Chattanooga and residing in Nashville for the last twelve years. In my spare time, I enjoy snuggling with my cat, Emmylou, singing/writing/playing music, finding new restaurants around town, and spending time with friends.
