Hi, I’m so glad you’ve found me here. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck- stuck in anxiety, depression, or a constant fog that’s difficult to name. These feelings may be the result of years of overwhelming experiences or maybe you’ve gone through something recently that's created distress. Whatever it is, together we can work towards healing through better understanding your needs, your world, and the parts of self that are conflicted. I believe healing happens in relationship and therapy provides a unique space to explore your story in safety, in your timing, and with care.

 

​I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Trevecca University and currently hold my temporary license as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation. I approach therapy with a collaborative spirit and pull from various modalities to best meet your needs in this space. I am also trained in Brainspotting, which is brain based and trauma specific treatment approach, and I am a certified PREPARE/ ENRICH couples facilitator, which allows me to use an online couples' assessment for marital and premarital couples.

 

I love this East Nashville community, and it’s a joy to raise my family here. When I am not in the office, you can find me spending time outside with my husband and kids, most likely hanging at a playground, scootering around Shelby park, and eating delicious food.
