My goal is to work with people from all different walks of life by empowering them to see that the tools they need to overcome their struggles are already within them.

 

I specialize in working with touring professionals in the music industry who are facing the challenges of balancing life on the road and life at home, young adults who are struggling to find or connect more to their identity and self worth, couples who are looking to find healthier communication and coping styles, and individuals who are identifying or recovering from toxic relationships.

 

I offer individual, couples,  and premarital counseling as well as Enneagram consulting, coaching, and typing.

I graduated from Mercer University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 and am a National Certified Counselor. I am a Certified Enneagram Coach, and have certificates in Music Therapy & Sound Healing, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion.  I believe the power to grow is within you, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.

I have lived in East Nashville since 2018, and you can usually find me in my kitchen with a good playlist (think Nina Simone, Dr. Dog, Aretha, R.E.M, Dire Straits, Muddy Waters, and more) cooking something delicious alongside my Border Collie, Finn and Great Pyrenees, Emmylou.
