Who's Paul?

There is meaning in every struggle or bump in the road we face in life.  Uncovering that meaning and telling our story is often the beginning of the path to healing.  My goal is to work with clients in a collaborative way to uncover underlying patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster positive change.  I am passionate about working with individuals and couples facing relationship challenges, addiction/recovery, and those looking to find harmony between personal and professional aspirations.

Following a 15 year tenure in corporate management I graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I had the opportunity to travel extensively while working in business and build relationships with people from all different walks of life.  I also have experience working as a counselor in treatment for addiction.

Outside of therapy I am a husband and father to three.  I enjoy playing guitar, trying new techniques on the offset smoker, and getting together with friends and family to make music.
